Bank runs and risk exposure

Have you ever imagined or ever experienced a situation in which everyone proceeded to withdraw their money from a bank? There would be a serious fallout with not enough cash to cover the deposits and banks would be forced to call in all outstanding loans. A bank run is typically the result of panic and it risks default as individuals keep withdrawing funds…so what may begin as panic can eventually turn into a true default situation because most banks do not keep that much cash at hand in their branches, in addition to which fractional reserve lending exposes them to funding liquidity risk!

Dear OneLife Family,

On behalf of JAC Management Team, we would like to extend our deepest thanks to the entire team, the merchants, the country managers and especially the organizers. The success of this great event would not have been possible without your support and active participation. The solidarity from everyone gave rise to immense usability and indeed better value of ONE.

The 2nd JAC Day was held on the 3rd October 2020 with the sole intent of bringing together all customers, all companies, and all countries to benefit from the receipt or sale of a variety of products and services for ONEs. Japan, Australia, Canada (JAC) have made amazing strides in marketing, by showcasing their valuable and fantastic products and services accessible using the ONE. These products included: property, watches, health protection, beauty products, perfumes, restaurants with cuisine, accounting services and high-pressure paints, and many more products.

Additionally, in just over 3 days via ‘OneLife Australia’ Facebook page we reached over 11,000 people worldwide and we continue daily reaching the wider audiences. This is indeed a tremendous achievement to take note of. In parallel with this, we also have live streaming through YouTube and Zoom meet. As a result, many potential business stakeholders expressed their wishes to take part, by becoming OneLife members with the desire to participate in our next JAC Day with their brand of products namely: nail supplies equipment and nail salons.

To this end, we welcome and encourage all enterprising businesses from around the world to participate in our next JAC or any DealShaker Expo as they offer amazing results for your business growth.

More and more merchants are now signing up to be a part of JAC to get their brand out there.

The usability will flourish given the foundation JAC is providing for Merchants and customers alike. Once we have the resumption of coupons, the growth of JAC will be extremely fast. We are looking forward to November JAC with new and fresh merchants already eager to display, and our already good list of experienced merchants updating their displays with a new look and feel to compliment the time they have. Grew up a Screw up….

Can you imagine that? The opportunity of life is always all about learning. We learn how to talk, walk, eat and everything else that has us in our present position. The question is, what are you unwilling to learn? In life what we learned is sometimes preventing you from reinventing yourself and making the impossible possible in your life? I speak about growing up as a screw up because personally, in my life, I have had numerous challenges. I am not perfect, actually I am far from, but I challenge you who are perfect to cast the first stone. If you have never made any mistakes or errors in your life, I say to you: raise your hand. If you cannot raise your hand, that means that you are human just like me. The only unblemished human I am aware of who walked the face of the earth is Jesus. So, for me, friends and colleagues, I don’t hold the past against individuals. But whether they learnt from their past is what I would question. Are you willing to reinvent and be new?

As I speak to you and myself, I think about the company, I believe that they grew up a screw up as well. Let me enlighten you. When I grew up, I made many mistakes, but they were coupled with good deeds. As such, although I made these errors, they brought me to the place I am currently in. So, I can understand human beings particularly well, I realize the situations I had been through were necessary to help me be prepared and deal with today’s situation. I am saying to you that the company had to go through every situation they had been through up till now to become the bright, shining star which we have become today. Keep in mind that we are far from finished and there is a lot more distance to go, but we have started along the path to success which ensures that there will be no return to the former mistakes.

I am humbly suggesting to you that you understand the company is human based. Thus, the company is not perfect. You, the perfect one, who want to pick up the stone and cast it on us, I suggest you humble yourself and notice the log which may be lodged in your eye and stop worrying about the splinter in ours.

Family, I respect growing up the way I did, and I do not regret any of the situations I have faced. Because of them I know today that I am a better human in a better place and with greater responsibilities that I ever had at any other point in my life.

I am saying for us all to understand and see the situation clearly and decide to do more. More is called for and needed and more is the reward you will receive from doing what is right. Right now, building this business is what is right and building this future is right. Creating the amazing vehicle of financial and mental freedom is who we are and what we are about.

I strongly urge you to pick up your OneLife mantle and fight for more and give more. Get people started and positioned. Get excited because we are at the point of no return to mistakes and errors. They say the definition of insanity is repeating the same thing over and over, but in expectancy of a different result. This company is not insane, I am not insane, and neither are you! We have learnt from mistakes passed, and we have a glorious present and future.4

I really want to thank everyone who is pushing forward. I am always the first to admit that I may have grown up a screw up, but guess what… I blew up! There is no way that we have already arrived at our destination; we are a continuous work in progress. Always striving to become better versions of ourselves. So, blowing up is what all of us are in position to do, I believe it I already accept it so you shall do as well. ACCEPT IT SEE IT BELIEVE IT AND SO IT SHALL BE!!!!!!!!!!

Friends, I love you, appreciate and respect you! Also, I give God all the praise, because without him, there would be no me. Lastly, thank you OneLife, for adding more to my life! Blessings and more blessings!

An attitude of gratitude

I have been thinking about my message all week since there are so many different things to say, to encourage and be impactful to our One Family. For instance, the level of importance our role has within this company. However, today I just want to say thank you and let you know how much I appreciate every single one of you in the network who add value. Yes, for those who have ‘passed through’ before I am also grateful. Because, at some point, you also added value. But the ones who have stayed and have helped steered the course through the most challenging times of OneLife, you are truly phenomenal.

I have noticed something, and I am sure some of you may have observed it also, all of a sudden, old information about the company is being resurrected and circulating again. Why is this so? It is because of the imminent threat to the powers that be throughout the world, of the solution we provide. This is a fact!

Now, more than any other time in the history of our leadership, the right things are being said, done and demonstrated, with integrity and truthfulness prevailing. I want to thank every single Country Manager enduring the level of stress that they are, but they continue to work diligently, without being paid at all! I express sincere gratitude to the man leading the charge, Mr. Raul Pazos, who also is not being paid a dime because we do not have paid positions. Thus, you are all operating out of hearts filled with love.

I want to extend gratitude to Mr. Mohammed Adeel who is extremely talented in all that he does. Oftentimes, the value he adds to this network goes under the radar. However, it is incredible to have this last standing active Black Diamond with us. I mean, I can call names of individuals non-stop. To be honest, I want to call every Co-Captain’s name. However, these people do not have egos and they know themselves. To the Co-Captains, thank you for tirelessly leading the charge. There are no longer 24 of us, instead, there are 19 of us so there is room to add others soon, what I do know is that the 19 committed Co-Captains are working from their hearts. Thank you for sticking it through!

To the IMAs, I am grateful to you beyond measure! I am so happy and proud of the Core Teams to come. Most times when you are giving a vote of thanks and simply expressing gratitude, you are going to miss names, which is why I am not going list names. But I know you know yourselves, so take a standing ovation, a round of applause and these bunch of flowers from me to you because I appreciate you! I really, just appreciate you! I am extending with gratitude, my gratefulness to the entire network of believers in this project.

You all who believe and are holding the Fort with the plan to become an Eagle, sign a new IMA, bring in a new Merchant and study your One Academy to show yourself approved; thank you! I thank my wife and family for the endless support they have given to me. Last, and especially important to me, I want to say the entire Company, the third party I.T. team, Marketing and everyone functioning in the company who are going above and beyond. Like the phoenix we will rise and rise we will to the next level of success that is upon us.

Dear all,

Recently, it has come to our attention that several merchants have started to conduct fraudulent practices outside of the Dealshaker platform which constitutes a high risk of money loss to the people who participate. The deals in question are about sales of gold, real estate properties, motor vehicles and other products of high value. 

Many of the above mentioned  deals are accompanied by a tempting proposal by the merchant – the buyer should transfer his accounts to the merchant and pay part of the deal price outside of the platform in exchange of some expensive good or service. Bear in mind that this practice is strictly forbidden according to the applicable OneLife T&C 18(2). 


Here is some useful information on how important it is to have a written contract.

In the 21st century, professionals are all too aware of the long history of deal-breaking and lawsuits that have taken place all around them.

Contracts are important because they outline expectations for both parties and protect both parties in case those expectations aren’t met. 

Hopefully, you’ll never have to take legal actions based on the contract which means the project will end eventually, but to take preliminary precautions is always the best thing to do.

Contracts are compulsory as they:

— provide proof of details

— prevent misunderstanding from arising

— provide security and peace of mind

— serve as an official record of the agreement

Don’t forget — both parties should keep a copy of the contract as a file for several years in case an issue arises later on!


Compliance aims to guide IMA-s to operate in the right direction. It strives to repair the damages done by bad practices.
Compliance attempts to provide OneLife Network’s IMA-s the chance to experience an innovative, intelligent and efficient technologies operating in a transparent environment, without unfair competition.
Compliance calls for strengthening the cooperation within OLN (OneLife Network) and insist on equal respect and rights to each member of the network.

OneLife will change the world only when unification set to be the eternal goal, when we enhance mutual assistance, solidarity, responsibility, tolerance and respect. 

In the OneLife network, all members share the same rights and responsibilities!


  • Unreasonable fear Compliance is only sanctioning department
  • Belief equality between OneLife IMA-s does not exist
  • Exposure of IMA-s to fraudulent practice
  • Insinuations generate mistrust which is used by some OneLife IMA-s to divert attention from their own wrongful practices and actions
  • Underestimation of OneLife goal for transparency


  • Sale of coins and/or educational packages as an investment opportunity (coins; accounts, etc.). OneLife is not an investment company and does not offer any investment opportunities
  • Cross recruiting — Instead of helping the network rebuilds itself, it destroys it by taking pieces from it
  • Unethical behavior
  • Onboarding with fraudulent promises
  • Misuse of power by OneLife IMA-s
  • Dissemination of incorrect and misleading information due to lack of professionalism, awareness and/ or greed

Sanctions have become the tool to respond to major violations from SPAM or/ fraudulent, deceptive or unethical business conduct by any IMA to identity theft, financial fraud and counter terrorism.
Violation of the applicable T&C, IMA Agreement, any fraudulent, deceptive or unethical business, conducted by an IMA may result, at Company’s discretion, in one or more of the following corrective measures, with effect from the date of its establishment:

  • Issuance of a written warning or admonition;
  • Requiring the IMA to take immediate corrective measures;
  • Imposition of a fine, which may be withheld from the account; €100 for incorrect personal data or the lack of it and 250 to €500 penalty for more minor violations and up to 5100 for major violations;
  • Loss of rights to one or more bonus payments;
  • Any other measure, which the Company deems practicable to implement to equitably resolve any damage caused partially or exclusively by the IMAs policy violation or contractual breach;
  • Suspension of the individual’s IMA position for one or more pay periods;
  • Involuntary cancellation of the offending IMA position;
  • Immediate removal of the IMA’s web page(s) and termination of the IMA’s position;
  • Any other measures explicitly allowed within any provision of the General Terms and Conditions, the present IMA Agreement or allowed by law

The IMA is only entitled to a commission if he or she is not in violation of the General Terms and Conditions and the IMA Agreement.
Factors that may modify the application of sanctions:
Sanctions could be modified based on mitigating factors or factors that may reflect in a greater damage,caused by the breach and thus work against the offender, ultimately increasing the penalty.
Examples of aggravate sanctioning include:

  • Multiple offences
  • Breach of sensitive information such as personal data  
  • High volume of people or data affected  
  • High exposure for the Company  
  • Large organizational expense incurred  
  • Activities, hampering the investigation, such as providing of misleading and/or incorrect information
  • Actions with a negative influence on others  
  • If the violation is continuing even after an official warning  

Factors that could mitigate sanctioning include:

  • Breach occurred as a result of attempting to help an IMA  
  • Victim(s) that suffered no harm
  • Offender voluntarily admitted the breach and cooperated with the investigation
  • Offender showed remorse and has recovered damages
  • Action was taken under pressure from an individual in a position of authority  

This practice enables the application of general principles that lead to fair and consistent outcomes.


In order to keep our IMAs’ privacy and at the same time to implement efficient control and reporting system we have developed a reporting system allowing reporting and monitoring functions without exposing the identity of the person that has sent the report and creating unnecessary tension in the community.

Whistleblowers inform the Company of any kind of information or activity that can be deemed illegal, unethical, or not correct with the polices, procedures and guidelines of the OneLife organization.


If you think an entity or individual is involved in wrongdoing within our OneLife community, and you want to report it, please use the Whistle Blowing Report. Once completed, this report becomes CONFIDENTIAL. All personal data collected will only be used for purposes, which are directly related to the whistleblowing case like, for example, contacting you in case we need more information.

Every whistleblower will have to provide an evidence of the claim made in the report. Please send your Whistle Blowing Report to: compliance@onelife.eu.

Evidences could be: screen shots of skype/viber/facebook/other social media chats and communications; e-mail correspondence; a declaration in writing, i.e. Whistle Blowing Report, (please fill in your personal data) and signed by the IMA.

Please fill in the Whistle Blowing Report carefully as this represents your case . We will review the information you provided, investigate the case and come back to you with feedback, when our investigation is completed.

We would like to remind all OneLife members to strictly adhere to the provisions in our Terms and Conditions, to which all members are legally bound, concerning the dissemination of false information regarding the OneLife Network company.

Any proven violation including, but not limited to misleading information about an IMA official Leadership Rank, OneLife products and services or the company’s compensation plan may result in severe sanctions, reaching fines up to 5 100 EUR, effective immediately.
